Shipping policy

Ti Amo Shop entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, shipping the ordered product(s) on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The estimated delivery time for orders varies according to the destination country:

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 5 business days;
• Azores and Madeira: 4 to 15 business days;
• Europe: 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times may be delayed during periods of higher order volume, such as sales periods, Christmas, Black Friday, among others.

The costs applied to shipping the order are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order, an automatic calculation of this value is made during the checkout process, based on the number of items, their weight and size, and the destination address of the order, and according to the previously defined table:

• Mainland Portugal: purchases up to €50 - €3.50; purchases over €50 - free;
• Azores and Madeira: By Sea - from €9; By Air - from €18;
• Spain: €16 for any order;
• France, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland: €22 for any order.

Ti Amo Shop is not responsible for any costs associated with possible customs clearance, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Ti Amo Shop will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), and will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of notification of unavailability.

Delivery is considered complete upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
